Are the ZZ4 head bolts tq to yeild?

Axle/Gears: 4.11
Are the ZZ4 head bolts tq to yeild?
I'm doing new head gaskets, and need to know if I should replace my head bolts. I plan on sprying a 150 shot.

no they are not.use a ft/lbs. tq wrench and tq to spec.
