Leaky Injector

I'm having a problem with an injector leaking at the fuel rail. The O-ring looks ok to me. Other injectors didn't leak either. I put some GM 22# back in an Edelbrock manifold, and #6 leaks at the fuel rail. Could the body of the injector be leaking?

I don't think so. Replace the O-rings.

If you had to pull an o ring out of that hole in the rail with a
screwdriver or something you may have scratched the o ring
bore in the rail. A nasty enough scratch will cause it to leak.

You Were Right

Yes, you were right. The O ring looked ok on the injector, but when I took it off and compared it to a new one, it was kind of oval shaped! Thanks again.
