Who has used a Wells MAF and what do you think?

I need a new MAF for my 19888 Corvette and have heard about this Wells unit. I heard it is supposed to flow better, is this true? How is the quality and reliability? Should I look for one of these or get the stock replacement? Thanks, Bob

I recenty purchased on im pretty pleased with it. I noticed a slight gain, but not much, but my old MAF was bad so I noticed a lot like smoother running and so on. I went through 3 bosch MAFs and this Wells seems a lot better plus you get a warrenty with it.

Appearantly Wells has stopped production on the MAF's so they're a commodity, however, I had one and everytime I would use anything better than regular unleaded octane it would seriously mess up so I went for a reman bosche. I'd say performance wise you're much better off somewhere else, besides, reliability shouldnt be compromised. Good Luck.
