Can i creep into the 12's?

This is non-thirdgen but close enough. The motor in my '85 corvette is FUBAR and its already been yanked out of there. What i'm putting back in i don't know. A 350 of course with something along the order of 9.5-1 to 10-1 compression, trick flow aluminum heads, an LT4 (HOT?) cam, and exhaust. The reason i have the question mark there is because want it to be semi-driveable (need a good idle and my brakes) but i'm not very familiar with the LT4 hot cam. Now with this combo, would porting the s*** out of my stock TPI intake with maybe some SLP runners tossed be enough to feed the motor? I ask because i need the intake to have EGR (no miniram or LT1) which leaves me with the superram which i think is too much. Assuming my motor is going to be choked too bad, what kind of power should i expect? I was thinking something around 350-375 hp at the crank....

If I were you I'd just get an edelbrock base instead of porting the stock one, it has EGR provisions. As far as cams go, well, that's just a point and shoot thing, what do you want and what do you want to spend.
