Code 36 after resetting the computer 3 times what should I do?

I have a code 36 even after resetting the computer. When I turn off the car the code comes right back. What should I do? What causes this?

Axle/Gears: 342

It should be your second relay, on the drivers side firewall. I believe its been awhile since I changed it.

It's got two thick orange wires, a medium blue wire, and a thin black wire going to it, right where dacuma said. You may have to wipe off the wires to see the actual colors of them.
