Alright heres the problem...while dirving my car starts to hisitate like the RPM's die down like it jerk down and down and after doing this while driving for about 10 min the car goes in to limp mode, like you give the car gas and it will not rev it will just die and when you let off the gas it revs up but not high and back fires..there have bin times when i have disconnected the MAF and forgot to put it back and the SES light comes on but when i put t back the car is fine. check the codes, code 33 comes up but this code has bin in the comp for awhile...reset the comp problem is still happingi checked the Relays and they look fine except to MAF Burn off, im not sure if its the Burn off or Power Relay but its on top of the ESC?? but anyways any know what this could be? MAF or Relay, or ECM?? i have an 88 Iroc 350 TPI auto with 2.77 gears thanks guys

 

Sounds fuel pressure related. Check fuel filter and fuel pressure.

If your MAF isn't working it makes hellacious problems... And yes there's the maf, the burn off, and the power relays to be concerned with. I doubt its your ECM if its only throwing a single code.

 

right now its not throwing and codes at all and the car is still jerking in the RPM's andi noticed that i can not go above 1500ROM's or else the car will start doing it again...i think it could be the relays or the TPS cuz when the car gets all werid i go WOT and car dosent want to go anymore what do you guys think??

 

Then i'd have to agree about fuel

when was the last time you changed your filter?

Run a Pressure gauge and see what your pressures doin

 

i just installed a new fuel pump and filters...i will check up on the pressure today...

 

Maybe the regulator is hosed.
