aftermarket manifold?

i heard that the stock manifold is very restrictive, so what's a good performance manifold that will increase the hp for my 92 305 Z28?

Considering it is a 305 dont go for the big guns.

Maybe a ported/siamesed stock base

or an edelbrock unported, unless its a fairly wild 305, then a ported edelbrock non-siamesed
