of course heads would help. I would go with AFR 190's or the 195's.

Questions i would like answers to as well

I have a crate TPI as well. The current setup that i have in mind is:
AFR 190cc heads
Ported and Siamesed Base, Accel LTR runners, Ported plenum
SVO 24# injectors
Comp Cam with these Specifications:
* Advertised duration: 282 intake/292 exhaust
* Duration at .050 in. cam lift: 224 intake/234 exhaust
* Gross valve lift: .465 in. intake/.488 in. exhaust
* Lobe separation: 114 degrees
* RPM range: 2,200 to 5,700

Any ideas on or changes to this setup? What would a guess on fly wheel HP be for this motor? I am currently running an SD system and have prom tuning capabilities. Other stuff in sig.

I would estimate in the range of 325-350 range. That cam has little lift for that much duration. Is that a flat tappet or a roller cam? I would ditch the cam and get another one with much more lift because that much duration really doesn't help without the lift.

cam lift/duration

it is a flat tappet cam. specs are at 1.52 rockers I am gonna bump the rockers to 1.6 rollers which should increase the lift. This is an emissions leagal daily driver but i want a bit more than what igot now.
