My car has just started to have a very weird problem starting. It seems to be mostly when it is cold, but what happens is that it will just crank and crank until the battery is dead. However, if I pull start it, it will start up immediately. It does not do it if I start it warm, it only does it while it is cold. I do not understand it, but I wish I dud know. Please help guys, Im very frustrated.

It sounds like your starter sylanoid is going bad.

 

No, if it was the solenoid, then it would not turn over, but it will turn over. Anybody else, or has this not happend to anyone else?
