Car won't idle.
Just put it back together w/ a 6-spd and new head gaskets and 1.6RR. Now when I first start it it runs fine. Once it warms up it cuts off. When I'm driving there is no miss, but as soon as I throw it into neutral she wants to die. What gives?

Got two codes. 24(VSS) and a 43(ESC). I don't have the VSS hooked up yet. They want $92 for the knock sensor from the dealer. Is there anyway to find out for sure if its working or not?
