tpi swap, do I need to know anything????
I just purchased a TPI unit from a 1990 Corvette. It has been glass bead blasted and powdercoated chrome. I also purchased the computer and the gaskets and the bolts. What harness should I be looking for??? And do I need to change anything else?? Is this a day job, a weekend job or a week long job???
I appreciate any help. I'm new to TPI.

I'm switching my TBI in my 1992 Camaro RS. And the new TPI is speed density.

my car was origionaly TPI, i blew up the motor so i picked up a used TBI engine from a 91 camaro. i slaped the intake on and changed it over and now it wont stop pinging. i posted a topic and found out the TBI heads have a larger combustion chamber than the TPI. the TPI is set up for more aggressive timming so my car is pinging. i am going to change the heads over soon. and find out for sure if thats why it's pinging.
