I have several solenoids in my garage and can't figure out which was the CCP solenoid. The two I have narrowed it down to both have only a 2-wire connector.
But one has only 2 vacuum ports, 1-input, 1-output. and says CAN where the vac tubes would plug into, has #4224 1 on it as well as 201.
The other has 2 vac ports, but also has another tube that appears to be a "release" of some sort because I can blow in it and air comes out 1 of the ports, and air can be sucked thru it from the "release" tube, it does not look like a vac tube is supposed to go on this extra tube.

Thanks Will, I tried wiring in that one to the TPI ECM and I think I've figured out that the one that was originally on theTBI is not the same as the TPI one, appears that it is pulse width driven but can't get it to open from the ECM and I can only get about .3v thru the circuit on a voltmeter, but if I ground the wire instead of feedign it back tot he ECM, it opens right up fully.
I had it wire from the ignition power wire on the ECM and the other wire going to F7 which should pulse width ground it I think.
I'm going by the dealer tomorrow and see if they are the same or not before I go any further with it.
