Let me make sure I have this correct...
If I install a higher lift and duration cam into a stock MAP TPI setup, without burning a new prom, the vacum will decrease, causing the ecm to release less fuel, and consequently making the engine run lean, which the ECM won't correct despite readings from the O2 sensor. Is that accurate, or am I wrong? Thanks.
Well to a certain extent.....
If you put the summit TPI cam in with like .450 lift it wont be very noticeable if at all
if you put an lt4 hotcam in there..... that will be a different story!!!
