need some help, have ?s inside

hey all, I am trying to help a friend get his 90 TA running right
350 TPI, large cam, aftermarket heads, bbk tb, stock intake, k&n off the tb, accel 300 box and coil, shorty headers and flowmaster exhaust, too large (imo) 32# accel injectors, small torque converter, 3.23s

firstly I thought 90s were mass air?

the car loads up, won't rev past 4500 and is just an all around dog

no I don't have the actually cam specs and he's on vacation for 2 weeks

any ideas of where to start? (besides the tune up lol)
tps?
what's the usual fuel pressure?
anyone local in central IL wanna help a brother out?

please feel free to toss out ideas and thoughts/suggestions/advice on how/what to check or fix

thanks

Here's a piece of advice that is going to save your freiend a lot of money.

Do not attempt to run that engine again until you burn a chip with the proper injector constant in it, or put the stock injectors back in

The reason it is (barely) running that way is because you are dumping nearly 50% extra fuel with those injectors. And when you dump that much extra fuel you will wash down the cylinder walls, causing excessive wear, and also contaminate the oil with raw fuel which will thin the oil and destroy the bearings.

The injector constant and injectors must match or you are gong to be completely off in your fueling. Even the poplular swap to 24lb SVO injectors is foolhardy and hamfisted if you don't adjust the PROM to accomodate the change.

Yeah basically what he ^^^ said.

And the cars produced later in 90 were speed density.
