TPI dual snorkel

Is there a way to get a dual snorkel TPI setup from a Camaro on a TPI Trans-Am?(1990)

No, the front end is too sloped to allow it to fit. The best way to set up a dual snorkel is to run a series of pipes of some sort the length of the radiator wall and have two cones at the end of each. I am currently working on a design based loosely on the SLP cold air intake.

I'm in the measurement process right now and considering what type of material to use. My plan is for a very professional installation and not a slop job. I should be starting construction of it within the next few days. I'll post pictures once the process is underway.

But once again... the camaro induction will NOT fit in a firebird of any kind, sorry...

Thats not a bad set up, but the tubing looks like it would kind of restrictive with all the grooves in the flex part. I think better to design a mandrel bent design with a nice smooth flow to it, insuring that the air is traveling straight into the throttle body.

The design is there but not exicuted right in my opinion.

A guy where I work has a 90 IROC, I looked under the hood tonight . You're right, no way it will work. I had thought about going to the junkyard and trying to find two Pontiac TPI air cleaner tubes that come from the cannister and somehow putting them together, kinda like the SLP dual CAI,but like berlinetta85 said, I dont want it to look like some hokey crap I threw together. It would also require battery relocation just like the dual CAI's you can buy
