Have 1990 iroc, 305, TPI, fuel problem. Changed relay, fuel filter and fuel pump. Starts hard like it isn't getting fuel. Had pressure checked and the system seems to be bleeding off after ignition is turned off. Pressure is good once it is running. Do I need a fuel pressure regulator? Any other thoughts would be appreciated. If I need the regulator where is it and how do I change it?
