stall converter questions

how big a cam can i put in my 350 without having to buy a higher rpm stall converter?

You don't HAVE to put in a different converter if you change cams, but it's a good idea so that they work well together.

So true, the stock tc will hold back the potental of the bigger cam. My car needs a converter bad, but I'm just saving for a 6 speed instead. I'm sure a different tc could get me .5 in the 1/4
