On what psi should i set the AFPR for most performance, the car is a almost stock 350 which will get headers and ported plenum

The idea of having an adjustable fuel pressure regulator is so that you can tune YOUR car, any two thirdgens are almost garunteed to be off 1-3psi on fuel pressure even probably from the assembly line... Find the pressure that works best for your car by picking a starting point (42psi?) and run a quarter mile, then bump it up and try again, and up and try again, when you stop going faster, or start going slower, back up and stop there

Shouldn't matter, a proper tune is important at any stage int he game so you can before/after...
