what size for your fuel line

Could you give me the size of those fittings you used for the fuel line? Also what size fuel line you used.

Yes, when I first put it together, I didn't have the gaskets & I used RTV with no problem. I then had to take it apart to reseal the rear of the intake (oil leak) & laughed at them, coated both sides with a THIN layer of RTV & all is well.

sure thing bud...
the feed line is EAR-9894DBJ and at summit it cost like 7.95

the return line is EAR-9894DBH and cost the same 7.95 from summit

both of those fittings are saginaw to -6AN fittings, so my braided line is -6. if you go this route, get a dremel., cutting steel line with a hacksaw is a joke. the stealth has -6AN fittings so you will need 4 SUM-220690, which are -6AN female hose end fittings. doing the fuel lines like this made it a snap.

dont try to put your distributor in at 3:45am after you have been up for 2 days. i had the damn thing in 180 degrees backwards. after correcting this and getting it running, it turned my car into an animal. there is no more "tpi wall" thats for sure.

I took the tire fitting valve out of my rail, and then screwed my autometer PSI gauge right into the rail. Easy to see while tuning for my, because i installed the rails with the regulator on the front passenger side, and it was at the rear, even ended up at the right angle when tight!!!! just my .02

I believe another member stated the FP regulator is an ~87 GN type.

I guess I was thinking they used their style FP regulator and valve port for a design standpoint. I wonder what the imports use as a standard on the fuel rail port?

i feel for the people that have a nitrous kit and has to have the schrader valve for the feed line.....

it took me 4 hours to track down the exact fitting it needed....

for some reason no one here has any 90* barb fittings

The accel guage will fit right on there. It is for a "schrader" valve application.

Where the valve threads into the rail is 1/8 NPT.

Looks good other than the silver spraypaint on some things
Channel locks/vice grips = very useful. Get it running yet?

been running for a while with the cheasy valve for a bit now, and the paint is already fixed with the color of the car and chrome highlights, and new hoses-belt.

Sofa King,
If you want a permanent mounted FP gauge, remove the schrader valve altogether & use the 1/8 npt hole with the gauge. Most aftermarket gauges can use a 1/8 npt feed.

Go to a refrigeration supply house. They have the 1/8 to schrader fittings. That's what I used in mine.

hood clearance is fine. doesnt hit at all. the paint is all primer. i havent decided if i should paint it all black or white like the color of the car, so until then its dull primer.
