When I drive the car and I am at low speeds and hit the throttle just a little it will pop through the intake and hesitate or stumble a little and pick right back up. Only happens below 2500rpm any ideas on this?

you just put that stealth ram in...have you checked your timing with a light? mine used to be at 4 with my TPI and was really snappy, with the stealth ram i set i up to 10 base just to kill that lag you are talking about
