fuel problmes i think please read

Here are my problems. Car smells real bad of fuel vaoprs. there is no leaks at all i can see. the car fires up but runs ****ty like its down on a few cylinders. it runs fine after i hit the gas pedal. car get 150 miles to a tank on the highway with a 6spd. air/fuel ratio gauge is all over the place while driving. mostly in the lean zone. the engine has a lope to it and the air/fuel ratio gauges lopes its reading as the engine does. I am guesiing that i have a fuel problem somewhere. I had a 305 and put a 350 in and used my buddies Lt1 injectors. i have his cam also. I have no smog equip. except for an EGR valve and high flow cats without AIR tubes. I just put a new Holley fuelpump in also. My fuel pressure is set at 42PSI at idle. and I have an ED Wright chip with a GM 350 stock chip. Where is my problem located. Why am i smelling fuel and getting such crappy milage. i put 10 bucks in a day. its a 91z28 with tpi. mods are in sign.

I see you have NOS in your sig, is the micro swith that allows more fuel in it while the NOS is turned on closed pumping in more fuel than the injectors are?
If you have a fuel pressure guage on the rail does it hold pressure? if not check for leaking injectors.
If your O2 sensor isnt working and only reading lean then the computer may be trying to dump more fuel in to ritchen it up.

these are a few things I can think of off the top of my head Im sure there is more.

Hmmm your using 24 lb injectors w/ a stock 350 BIN ?

did ed wright Change your injector constant to accomodate the new injectors ?

What do the plugs Look like ?

A misfire will give a lean reading on your O2.

Sounds to me like your running pig rich.

to answer all the questions. My nitrous is not installed. my fuel pressure gauge holds pressure. and my Ed wright chip is a stage 2 off the shelf chip. I told the tech people I was running 24lb injectors and they told me it wouldnt hurt anything. I have not pulled the plugs yet. I keep meaning too but them damn SLP headers keep laughing at me when I open the hood The O2 sensor is under a year old. Is it possible to have a misfire once in while and not all the time. What are the easiest ways to check for it besides the plugs.
my air/fuel ratio gauge moves like windshield wipers on high. back and forth real fast.
