How do I know if it's a HO motor?

I have a 1988 TA 305 TPI. How do I know if it is a high output motor?? The engine is a LB9. Also, does the 88 have a roller cam???? Could anyone please let me know.

Unfortunately, it's an auto. I thought HO motors were available through like 90 or so? When did they stop with the carb engines?

TBI started in 88, so 87 was the last year for carbs. There is no such thing as a TPI HO.
