If you plan on running a blower, then you might as well go straight to the 6BTM. It has a timing retard function based on boost pressure. Worthwhile thing to have.

No. An ignition box is not going to help a NA car unless it's running a whole helluva lot of compression and rpms, etc. The money is better spent on basically anything else really.

An ignition box SHOULD "help" a litlte bit. It should make the motor run slightly smoother/more effieciently and as a result maybe give you a little better MPG. Results vary from car to car. This also may give you a little bit more throttle respsonse as well but it will not "make the car faster" or add any power whatsoever.
Will that particular ignition box help you if you don't supercharge it? An ignition box will still do the above stated but the feature of the 6BTM (the retard based on boost) will do nothign for you and a 6A will do the same thing. (I think you get the point, althought that was a little choppy - at work don't have time to edit)
