How Exactly Do You Set The TPS Sensor

My 88 GTA has been having some crazy hesitation problems, so I decided to clean the TPS sensor. After cleaning, it still runs rough, so I need to know how to set it and test it and what volts I need to have. Thanxs for any help.

thanks, for the easy answer. I was wanting to find a good place to put the probes. Figure it out though.
