Centerbolt valvecovers?

Someone told me that my Iron heads, with Centerbolts, also have holes around the perimeter for valve covers. Is this correct? How about alum. vette heads?

Incorrect. Its one or the other, not both. Same goes for the vette heads.

I just bought a set of Pro Topline "Iron Lightning" heads that came with both the perimeter bolts pattern AND the center bolt pattern.

But yet, the stock heads have either one or the other.
