will this fit

will the stock 305 tpi setup fit on vortec heads?

will the stock 350 tpi setup fir on vortec heads?

NO, you must get the scroggin dickey base, the bolt holes are different. check out there website. i think its sdpc2000.com or somethin?

The Vortec heads have a different intake manifold bolt angle than a conventional chevy intake manifold(either 87up or 86 down). Any intake manifold you get will have to say that it is specifically drilled for vortec heads or it will not fit period. Some people modify other manifolds to fit but i have heard this creates sealing problems. Also I have the SDPC base but I have heard that it is currently on backorder. Hope this clears things up. -John
