OK im going to port a plenum i bought off ebay and when i put that on i wanna get some new runners which should i get slp's aren't that expensive. Both the large tube and semi siamesed runners from AS&M are very expensive. Should i get the slp and save some money to get an edelbrock base? Or should i get the AS&m ?? out of the 2 AS&M runners which is better ??

 

I suggest that you go with the SLP runners which are less than half the price of AS&M, then use the extra money to help pay for an Edelbrock base. Port the plenum to match the SLP runners and you'll have a good setup for a decent price...You also will have a lot of room to do extra porting with the SLP runners, which only takes some time and doesn't cost a dime...

 

Where is the cheapest place to get an edelbrock intake base ???
