Please help before I kick the crap out of my 87 IROC........
Please help before I kick the crap out of my 87 IROC........
I get up early for work because I have to cover for a guy thats on vacation, it's like 20 degrees outside with a wind chill of about 10 so I rush to start my car and nothing, nada, zip, crap..................
The car won't turn over at all...................
I turn the ign to the ON position and I had the hummer sound of the fuel pump so I figure that is ok plus I hear the clicking sound of what I believe to be the starter noid.
Has anyone had this problem and if so, can you please help. I had to wake up my GF at 6:00am and she was none to please
Thanks for the help!!

take the battery out and have it tested. you can also swap a a known good battery from anonther car and try to start it. more than likely it needs to be charged or a cell is bad. the cold weather really tests batteries.
