Anyone here put 1.6's in their basically stock L98?? What kind of gains did you notice, if any? I was just wondering because I was thinking of doing this swap, and was wondering if it is really worth it.

 

There was question about this very recently. Someone with an LB9 asked it, and the general concensus was: Yes gains. Worth it? No. However, you have a 350 and I would imagine that the gains would be noticeable. However, I'd hold off until I was going to swap in a new cam or a whole camshaft kit. Because then the gain isn't just noticeable, but it is significant.
