Cold start injector, superram and chip

I have a 1986 Vette that is using a 1987 chip. I just installed a Superram which elimintated the cold start injector. Does anyone know if I can install a 1989 chip into my car to improve my cold starts? The 1989 Vette's did not have a cold start injector but they still used the MAS. If the 1989 chip will work in my car I would like to use it for my baseline before I end up having it reprogrammed for the Superram.
Thanks

Yeah, you can. That's an impressive 60'/time for those power numbers.

You can, but you'll need Vats disabled, unless you have the vats in your car presently.
