Should I port heads?

I found a set of L98 aluminum bare heads for a good deal. Based off of what I have now and what I will have in the future, will I need to port the heads for the RPM range that I want?

===Now===
Stock L98 Engine block
Edelbrock TES Headers
AFPR
Custom Chip
Hi-Flow Cat
3" cat-back
Flowmaster

==Future (couple months)==
383 Stroker (6.0 rods, and NO2 rings)
SuperRam and Plenum (port matched)
Big Mouth Base (port matched)
Same Headers
New Custom Chip
Same exhaust

I know that the L98 heads come with 1.94/1.5 valves, should I go bigger? The RPM range that I want to shift at is 6k, no higher. The 383 will take a 100 shot easy, NOS will be installed in fall, but not for now. I want flat torque range.

Should I port/larger valves? I am going to get a valve job anyway.
TIA

Well sure ya will...bigger engine, most likely more cam would equal more flow needed for the potential.
