So, I was looking at the Holley stealth Ram Intake and plenum. It looks like a good deal. I can get it for about 400 bucks. It is alot cheaper than a super ram. Makes better power than stock. Is it worth the money over stock? So is it: stock ported, super ram, Stealth Ram or Mini Ram.

It's going to be better than a ported stock setup, and will leave you plenty of room for mods. Cheaper than buying new runners and a new base (which still won't flow as well--esp up high). Seems hard to go wrong. I just bought one for my 305. I would say it's something to look into if you're planning to keep modding your car. Plus the thing looks absolutely mean! I didn't believe people when they said it was basically a tunnel-ram intake, but it's a giant tunnel-ram with a plenum bolted to the top instead of two Holley carbs!
