At thunder Racing they have just the intake for 279.99
and the fuel rails and regulator for 218.99
why the hell does Jegs have it for 2000?

well my question is what do I need to get to make this work on my car?

right now it has a 89 TPI speed density system on it
with 24# injectors

do I need anything else to run this intake and the fuel rails?

can I still run speed density with the filter on the end of the throttle body?

 

The 2000 dollar system is not the one you want... it comes with a new DFI system that you don't need, so don't waste your money. As for telling you what you need to put the stealth on your car, you're gonna have a lot of guys snap at you about not searching because this stuff has been stated and discussed many times......I can't help you that much with it but you really will find a lot of info if you search for Holley Stealthram, stealthram, stealth ram, HSR, etc - look for the threads with lots of views - especially the one that contains the FAQ - its the best place to get started!

 

Ditto what he said. I'm running the HSR with my stock 91 speed density setup. Please do a good search of the archives, but feel free to ask any question via this thread or email. I freely distribute my combo and numbers. Run what ya brung!
