Stuck and broken TPI manifold bolts

I have a couple frozen manifold bolts and one with broken off head. What would be a good way to break them free without losing more heads? They are the torx style manifold base bolts. I thought about heating the block around the bolt but wasn't sure if that would be useful.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Go buy some PB blaster , way better than wesel dick (w.d 40).
Than tighten the bolt , than back it off . That dosn't work hope you have a drill ,some bits , tap set , and a helicoil. Good luck

If you can't get them, just break the rest of the heads off or chisel them off, then pull the intake off and grab them with some channel locks. Then go to the hardware store and buy some real bolts.

ok i found this thread using mr search and...

my question is simple. i got this TPI setup off a donor car, but its missing the bolts for the runners and plenum!

is there an easier way than trial/error with hardware bolts?
anyone know the size or correct length or a part # to get these things?

i've had extremely good luck using a pipe wrench to remove those stubborn stripped/broken bolts.of course after i had used a good amount of penetrant.
