Sticky Idle
Try cleaning the IAC motor and passages. Carb (or TB) cleaner and a bore brush work great. Make extra sure you get the pintle and it's seat (as those are the sealing surfaces).
Vader has a pretty good cut and paste procedure on how to disassemble and clean it, as well as how to set up the minimum air. You can search for it (once searching works again), but for now you'll have to scroll down the Tech Boards list a few pages. It crops up fairly often, so you won't have to look too far. Just look for topics relating to IAC, idle, minimum air, TPS adjustment, stuff like that.

If the IAC checks out look for wear in the throttle body shaft. you should feel no play front to back if so the vac at idle wont let it close all the way. check for it by, the next time it does it pop the hood and see if you can close it all the way by hand. its hot so do it fast. mine did the same thing bugged the hell out of me. If you have a scanner of some kind you can see it in the throttle % it wont be 0 at idle
