ESC location

I have a code "43" and a spare ECS module to try. problem is im too dumb to find the one on the car.. where the hell is this thing?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the ESC in the ECM on SD cars? The ESC was located behind the master cylinder on the firewall in my MAF car - along with all the relays.
