Painless Wiring and VATS
I ordered the MAF TPI extra length harness kit from painless and as i was reading through the manual provided. I noticed it talks about having to disable vats. Is it possible to retain vats w/ the painless kit? or do i have to disable it? I did a search and noticed thats alot of topics pertained to LT1 swaps having to disable vats but not much on regular tpi harness kits. Thanks for any reply's.

Correct. I just wanted to be sure. Also anyone know how to run the A/C wiring w/ the painless kit? My wires are all hacked and spliced, burnt, and what-not. Which is why i'm asking so i can have it done correctly.

AC wires and the like (oil pressure, water temp, etc) arent included in the painless harness, its only for the ecm and related sensors. The only AC wire is the one that tells the ECM if the AC is on or not.
Wiring in the VATS shouldnt be hard, like said above, I think its only one pin at the ECM.
