crank case breather

I need some stock parts for my crank case breather assembaly, I converted to tpi from tbi and have it rigged up so itll work but I want it to look stock or at leat good. Can you get these parts at kragen or is this a dealer item? I also would like part #s if at all possible. thanks

The TPI pulls in from the PCV valve on
the drivers side VC, and supplies fresh
clean air into the passenger side VC from
the large port on the top Pside of the
throttle-body.. No real "breather" to
speak of, you can practically do it all
with emissions hose.

An alternative, if you feel like doing so, would be to stick a breather in the passenger side valve cover and block off the throttle body nipple with the proper cover. I saw an old hot rod corvette with an LT1 and they had done this and it looked pretty clean.

Going for the stock look could be accomplished with just emissions hose, unless you find the correct adapter to go on the valve cover like tpi cars have. Then you'd need at least one of the aluminum tubes to run it down near the runners. I doubt it's a stocking item anywhere. You may be able to make one and paint it black like the stock one, though.

I'd try a junkyard. I'd bet pretty much EFI GM car in history probably uses the same piece.

Worst case though, if you're using SD, you can use a regular breather in the VC. Thats onely a problem if you have MAF. But the stock setup is cleaner looking IMO.

I dont wanna use a aftermarket breather for it just cuase of cali smog rules, but i bet your right about your assumption so I might take a little trip down to the bone yard if I cant find anything at kragens or in my garage to do the trick. thanks for the help again you guys are too good.
