Car missed out at half to 3/4 throttle???

I was driving down the road today and I got into the gas a little on my IROC and it missed out really bad almost like it got no fuel or spark at all? At full trottle it doesnt seen to do it but when im crusing threw town and get into it just a little it craps out on me. It is also throwing code 21 and 42 I have misplaced my Haynes manual so I cant figure out what codes they are. I just installed a distributor from my 88 GTA cause of oil somehow gettin inside the cap but that the only change i have made recently and help would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks

Did you clean the terminals inside and out on the cap from the new distributor? Corroded terminals can cause the car to crap out under moderate to heavy throttle but still run okay at cruise and light throttle.
