Check your fuel delivery system starting with the easiest steps first:
Check your fuel pressure at that speed- you'll need a pressure gauge that you can see while driving. Low pressure could indicate a bad fuel pump or filter.
Run some fuel system cleaner.
Replace the fuel filter.
Run a fuel delivery test on the pump- I believe the procedure is outlined in your shop manual.
Next check your sensors- O2, coolant temp, MAT, MAP, etc. If you have a scanner, check to make sure you're getting reasonable values for the sensor outputs. If you don't it's probably a good idea to get one.
