I just got a new Holley Stealth ram and I'm goning to install it soon, but I don't like the water neck options I have. From all the research I've done it seems everybody is using the Mr Gasket piece. Well I think the Mr Gasket piece is well, FUGLY. I was flippin through the pages of my most recent Hot Rodding Bible (summit racing catalog) and I noticed that billet specialtes has a water neck to my liking, but they have three choices. 0 degree, 45 degree, and like 90 degree or somthing like that. Could I use any of these with the dayco hose and the holley stealth ram?
thank you. any info would be greatly appreciated.

why does the Mr gasket one look fugly to you? You wont even see much of it once the car is put togehter. Thats what used and its fine. You could use one of those swivel ones. Not sure how good they are though.

I can't speak for all the billet housings, but the Summit one would not clear the IAC housing on the bottom of the T/B and it didn't look like it would clear with modifications. That is what I was planning on running.
The Mr Gasket piece just looks gaudy to me. It looks like somthing made in taiwan. I guess it's different strokes for different folks. The billet piece is more my speed.

Stick w/ the stock GM carbed/TBI neck design whatever manufacturer you go with. I tried a fancy 90deg swivel piece and as the guy above mentioned it interfered with the TB.
For a rad hose, the NAPA piece for an '88 TBI Formula fits perfectly on my serpentine setup.
