I have just siamesd my base and runners to a total lenth of around 3 inch.
Now how important is to have all the intake matched ported to the same lenth? If, for exampel, intake nr1 has ben ported 3,1 inch deep and intake nr5 got 3.0 inch deep? Is my engine goint to blow up? heh

You'll be fine. When I did mine all mine came up pretty close to each other, but not really perfect down to .001" or anything. The engine hasn't blown up yet, but then again it hasn't ran in while either.
