intake gasket

hi was just wondering im planning to install a accel super ram intake ...now from what i have seen on this site is that everyone throw aways the rubber front and back gaskets and uses black rtv a nice even layer...for the intake to head gasket what would be the best for sealing the coolent passages ....copper rtv ???? and when i apply the sealent to both sides of the gasket just around the 4 coolent passages will this be enough to hold the gasket in place to put the new intake in.... any suggestion would be very helpful ( just want to do it right the first time ty

I usually just go with the Fel-Pro Print-O-Seal gaskets with no sealant on the heads or manifold (with a little Edelbrock Gasgacinch to hold it in place while I drop in the manifold). The gaskets themselves have embossed areas that act as the sealant. I do put down the bead of sealant across the lifter valley though.
