fittings/sensors on HSR??
i searched but came up a little short. i am debating on buying the hsr for the engine i am building to replace the current 350tpi i have in my s-10 now. i was wondering where all the bungs were for the differenent sensors that go into the upper plenum of the stock tpi? in all the pics i have seen of the hsr- they dont appear to be there. i have also not seen the few sensors that go into the lower manifold itself. are all of these still used with the hsr if not where did they go?

The HSR comes with all necessary sensor holes pre-drilled and tapped. You will have to purchase some vaccum nipples, plugs, and some 90 degree elbows due to packaging constraints. There's no trick involved, and the fittings can be purchased on an as-needed basis from your local hardware store. Part numbers have been posted in the past, but the magic list is non-existant.
The sensors locations are not set in stone and some relocated as desired.
I will go over a few of my sensor locations for you:
PCV vaccum source: 90 degree fitting and hose nipple under the plenum
FPR, MAP, HVAC, Cruise vaccum source: hose nipples on back of plenum
Coolant temp: in lower manifold to right of TB, direct fit
Heater core: 1 heater hose nipple in lower
Extra hole: 1 plug in lower
Booster vaccume supply: One 90 degree and one hose nipple on back of plenum.
IAC: Back of plenum, direct fit
EGR: Deleted! Remove the flag in your chip!
Need to find a place to mount ignition coil, make custom bracket or something
!Hood clearance!
Search my posts for fuel rail line adaptation and part numbers.
