I coulda told you all the aluminum vette heads are centerbolt... oh wait, I did. They started mid-86, not 87. They also dont have the newer intake bolt pattern with the 4 center bolts straight down, but rather the early style like most SBC's have.
I think I agree with Drew... those look alot like SLP headers. Note the AIR tube connection, facing up into the check valve, just like SLP's.

no, they can. the L98 in camaros are roller blocks, as is the vette head. They went to roller blocks in late late 86. The center bolt valve covers were put on the roller blocks, not the tappet cam blocks.

The head has nothing to do with roller block or not, the two should not be confused. All SBC's have the same head-block bolt pattern, so roller block or not, any SBC head will bolt up fine. If you have a Camaro L98, YES you will have problems just trying to bolt up the heads to your car. The intake will not work as-is, the center 4 bolts will not line up. The holes can be elongated to work though, which is what just about everyone does. Cheap, easy fix. You can also run into issues with stock perimeter bolt exhaust manifolds and centerbolt valve covers, but its fixable with a little grinding or bending.
