a 58mm TB for an 85-88 car on my 92?
I have a chance to get a cheap 58mm TB for an 85-88 car and I need to know what is special that might make it hard to put on my 92? In other words not just "what is different?" but " does it really matter, what can I do about it?"

Yeah, the 85-88 throttle cable is held on the TB arm with a clip. Sorta like the cruise control cable. Where as the 89-92 throttle cable, you just route the end of it into the slot on the TB arm. The TV cable is the same, you'll just need to change the throttle cable.
You can get a throttle cable for around 20-25 bucks and it's easy to change.
