86 proms bugged?

I read somewhere that all 86 proms were bugged. That they experianced things such as slight off-idle hesitation as well as other numerous things. Has anybody heard of this?

Axle/Gears: 3.27 9 bolt

the initial prom had issues. there was a release of another prom to cure the problem. for some reason i can't access my cd with the prom id's
