good trade?

i know someone that is willing to give up a bw 9 bolt 3.27 posi disc rear, for a bbk 58mm tb? does this seem to be a good trade?

well that tb is like 310 bucks new, hmm hard choice, does it come with good rotors and pads?

its a tough choice.

i know it has new rotors, not sure about the pads. other than that i think im gonna do it.
