Track times with new motor = dissapointment
well finally get to get the car out to the track run a 13.65@ 103.3 w/ a 2.12 60' and then 13.62@102.8 w/ a 2.0 60' I am throwing codes 14 and 42 allthough I know my est connector is pluged in, I was hopeing for some low 13's at least. Ive got everything to do it, but I have no idea whats holding me back. how much will having a faulty coolant temp sensor do to performance the computer is picking up a temp of -38.7 deg. F
Sorry for venting its just im dissapointed in what my car is doing for me
Thanks,
Chris

Tuning is everything. A friend just went 11.84 with his 350 miniram in an 88 IROC, and started out running 13's with it. Trial and error and track time will get you there.
