I got a stock '92 Z with the 305 TPI auto and wondering what would be a decent cam to add some power without having to get a custom chip or anything. I have exhaust, intake, and free mods. Have a GN motor that I will be putting in the car in the next couple of months, but until then would like to add some power.

 

The ZZ4 cam would probably be a good one. It's mild, but makes excellent power.

 

Hey Pro tour what kind of power are you making with your setup?

 

Not sure. But I've seen similar set-ups (ZZ4 with better heads) pushing 400hp. The way the car feels and with some of the cars I've beaten, I wouldn't be surprised if it was making 400.
